Agreement

These terms are between you and WorldLab Trading Ltd. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply to the extent permitted.

Subscriptions and free trial

Premium access is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. If a free trial is offered, you're charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

Photo scanning is subject to fair-use daily limits shown in the app (currently fewer during the free trial). Search and barcode logging are not limited.

Not medical advice

The app provides general nutrition information and estimates. It is not a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.

Estimates

Calorie targets, food-database values and photo estimates are approximations. Photo estimates in particular can be wrong; review every item before logging. You're responsible for the decisions you make using the app.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or access other users' data, or upload content you don't have the right to share.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country whose law gives you this right, you may instead bring proceedings in the courts where you live. This choice doesn't take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live.
